not my favorite, but Pokemon Jade is the fangame that got me into the world of Pokemon(games and fangames) and it still holds a special place in my heart, the story is the classic "evil team wants to take over the world using region's legendary pokemon" and it does that well, here's the link

I really appreciated the fakemon in it, it was exciting for me to see that there are many stories out there that aren't official, so I started digging for more
