Modular Title Screen v21.1 Port - It's just like Modular Title Screen, but ported to v21.1

This is a port of the plugin "Modular Title Screen" by Luka SJ. for Essentials v21.1.

The code has been significantly rewritten, and doesn't require anything other than this plugin.
I haven't tested it without the hotfixes plugin, but I imagine it should still run okay without it.

The plugin contains within it a config file, which you will edit in order to set up your title screen and splash screens. Within it are several presets, but I highly recommend doing it yourself.

I'll take a look. This was mainly a port I made for a project I'm working on, so I didn't consider like, what people might want as defaults exactly, but I can probably improve it relatively easily
 
Is it possible to include an opening video/sequence between the splash images and title screen with this plugin by any chance?
 
I am noticing that there are some graphics like the the Logo Glow and the Wave Overlay that don't fill up the whole screen and most of all, I get this error when the title screen is meant to reset.

I think I'm going to get a lot of mileage out of this plugin, but I do think it can be improved.
 
Do you know how to put a sprite sheet of a Pokemon that becomes an animated gif on the title screen, let alone four at once? I would assume it would have to be a panorama since the Red and Running Pikachu sprites are but I cannot find any panorama instructions anywhere.
