Man it's been awhile, but here's a new style option for your summary screens!
I call it Notebook style, and you can download it here!
I also updated the wording on the resource a bit, hopefully it's more clear that these summary screens are still compatible with versions of Essentials newer than 17, which is when the layout last changed. This latest style was tested in Essentials v21.1!
