Timings work great! For some reason the map tone never changes though?

Make sure that your map was configured as outdoor (and/or test in example maps).

Dont know how to leave a error report, but, causes ingame time to tick from what i can only assume is the start of unix time, which would be fine, except the captured date, as well as any plugins that display time (such as voltseons menu) also have this same issue when combined with this plugin

I tested here and capture date worked as intended. Did you configured the start date? Can you provide more details about your issue?
