I assume you're on JoiPlay. I also assume you get an error that says "uninitialized constant PBAbilities" or something similar. I updated JoiPlay Instructions (link in the original post). Read the common errors section and let me know if that doesn't fix your issue!

Thank you for your messages! 2.11.0 resolves the issues mentioned above. Sadly, this update requires a full redownload since I was unable to include everything that was altered into a patch. The old save files will still work, of course. You don't need to do anything about them.

Go to route 220 where the temple is. Interact with the rocks right below the entrance, behind the signpost. That will fix the quest counter. I am unaware of what causes some of the flower circles to be blooming beforehand.
