RegalSword submitted a new resource:

Encounter Messages - Make encountering Pokemon faster by skipping animations.

Make the process of searching for a particular encounter faster by skipping the battle animations. When an encounter appears, the player will receive a message telling them what species it is. The player then has the option to Fight or Run. Saves time by telling you exactly what Pokémon it is in a text box instead of making you wait for the sprite to slide onto the screen.
This plugin also adds an option to disable itself to the Options menu.
