Short-term Would you like your own custom character in an upcoming X-Men Game? (Untitled X-Men Project)

For the last month I have been working on overworld sprites and coming up with the story for my next game, fusing X-Men and Pokémon into a single universe. You will be exploring the X-Mansion, going off on missions with other X-Men, completing Danger Room missions and exploring the X-Men’s impact on the Marvel Universe.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR from you fine people of EeveeExpo are some CUSTOM mutants/superheroes to be used as the fellow rookies/recruits that will be part of your “class”. Think of Storm and how she will use a Rainy Day team. Iceman who uses a Hail team. Kitty Pride who uses a team filled with moves that take you off the battlefield for a turn, like Fly, Dig, Shadowforce, etc.

Rules for Entry:

1. A name for you mutant
2. Their ability/power
3. A 6 Pokemon team that showcases your mutant power, examples above.
4. A CUSTOM in battle trainer sprite, examples above.
5. A CUSTOM overworld 4x4 sprite sheet, examples

All 5 rules must be followed in order to be included in the game. I am looking fo 3-6 “fellow recruits” to join the adventure.

RULES FOR TEAMBUILDING

1. Gen 1-9 Pokemon
2. Feel free to give them whichever nicknames, abilities, moves and items they can legally use.
3. Only 1 legendary maximum to a team and ONLY if they really fit the theme

IF you want to give them a neat little backstory of how they got their powers, feel free to. If not, I will.

I should have about a month, maybe two, before I’m done with all the main sprites for the X-Mansion. So, take your time, do not rush. Make something you are happy to share with the world.

I am also accepting other spritesheets that feel like they belong in a SuperHero universe. These characters would be more filler for the Mansion than anything but they would still greatly help and speed up the process for the game.

If you wish you join, reply here saying that you do or come straight to the discord for the game. The discord is literally brand new, started for this but it will grow over time and become the main discord for the game.
