Idea Implementing Abilities from Elite Redux (V21.1)

I've been wanting to recreate many abilities from Elite Redux as most of them offer a unique twist on gameplay and interesting strategies that make the game more tactical rather than brute forcing your way through. However, while there are some abilities I've managed to implement like Predator, Hyper Aggressive, and Spinning Top just to name a few, there are some abilities that for the life of me, I can't seem to implement.

If anyone can help me out with advice or alternative ways to implement these abilities, that'll be greatly appreciated!!

The abilities are:
Cheap Tactics/Low Blow/Coward/Dust Cloud (Basically any ability that make the user use a move or status move upon switch-in)
Pyro Shells/Chunky Bass Line/Victory Bomb (Any ability that triggers a move upon using a move of a certain type or upon fainting)
Rampage (Any move that would require a recharge would get no charge upon a KO (Gen 1 Hyper Beam))
Artillery (Any move boosted by the ability Mega Launcher never misses and hits both foes on the field)
No Turning Back (Boosts all stats upon switch-in, but can't retreat when below 1/2 HP)
Minion Control/Multi-Headed (Moves hit multiple times for amount of heads or for each healthy party member)

Again, if anyone can help me out with programming this abilities work in V21.1, it would be greatly appreciated!!!
