There is a list somewhere on Page 8. it lists the encounters and at what time of day you can find some of them. Try the cave of knowledge.

You can play this on mobile by using an app called JoiPlay. It may be a little rough around the edges, but it works.

You need to find the Save file, remove it from the folder, and start a new game. You might want to figure out a way to keep track of which save is which. The file is in C/Users/(Your name)/Saved Games/Pokemon This Gym of Mine.
