Hoping for your help on two issues.
I've released my game containing your plugin, and according to three different reports I've had, players who use JoiPlay are unable to skip the opening movie. I know nothing about how JoiPlay works, and at some point soon I'm planning going to look into it...
You don't need the bike yet. Instead, there's an alternate path right next to the Cycling Road where you can use Cut to get beneath it and take an alternate path to another route. On that other route, you'll have a series of story events, and once those conclude, you'll get the Bike Voucher.
I could provide a list, but I don't have time to put one together now. Sometime soon, perhaps.
I will be updating to remove all glitches I am aware of. I'll investigate what's wrong with these ones and fix them for a future update. Thanks for reporting the problem.
The Exp. Share is available through the Meteoric Hunt side quest that begins after the first gym. You have to find a number of Meteoric Shards hidden across the region in return for various rewards. One of the prizes you get is the Exp. Share.
Technically both. There's the classic Exp. Share...
Huh, that didn't show up in my testing. I'll do some investigating once I get the chance. Thanks for the report.
EDIT: I've confirmed it's an issue on my end as well. It's been added to the list of known issues. For now, I suggest always saving before a tough battle so you can reset to your...
You can play the game all the way up to the end credits after the Elite Four. The main campaign is all there, it's only post-game content that's currently absent.
I just released a hotfix for two big game-crashing issues.
Changelog:
Fixed a game crash before battling Cosmo for the first time if the player picked Kappaqua as a starter.
Fixed a game crash at the Horizoport Meteor Museum during a mandatory story event after getting the phone app on the...
It is here! Sol Version's beta/demo is available to play! The download link is available in the original post!
Here's the release trailer for another look at Tenno before you dive in:
Sol Version is also hosting its first Mystery Gift giveaway as a bonus to early players. A special Shiny...
Understood. Sorry for the false alarm. That's what I get for trying to implement a new plugin as fast as possible while my main focus is elsewhere. Thanks for the help.
EDIT: Yeah, actually looking through the code now, and the mistake I made was obvious. It works perfectly now. Sorry again...
While compiling my game ahead of its release tomorrow, I encountered a problem that may not have been tested for yet. When trying to run the compressed/compiled game (so, without the PBS files and with the data files built in), I get an error message telling me that Innate_Sets is not present in...
I'm using v21.1. I did add the animation call manually, as I had some changes in UI_Evolution that I've made, but nothing that should affect this script, from what I can tell. Perhaps this was my mistake, all I did was move over the "@sprites["rsprite2"].pbPlayIntroAnimation" line into the...
Potential glitch to bring to your attention. I implemented the evolution screen animation into an unedited evolution screen script as instructed, and when the Pokémon plays the animation after evolution, it will revert to its previous form for the animation.
I'm releasing my project tomorrow and was trying to have everything ready to go by yesterday, but I'm still making sure to grab this and implement it. This is great for someone like me, who has a lot of custom Pokémon and wasn't willing to make full animations for every one of them, but still...
I've got a handful of small updates to share.
As of today, we're a measly three weeks until the release of Sol Version's beta/demo. I am pleased to announce that I have completed all necessary development before it's release. I still have some polish and other preparation work ahead of the...
Not a major update, but I did want to share that last week I posted a sprite animation for my Cosmic Quest fan fiction. While this is not directly related to Sol Version, it was created using Sol Version's engine, assets, and some existing maps, so it might still be worth taking a look at if you...
