Adds an Ice type Crystal Onix based on the one from the anime. It doesn't evolve so it has higher stats to make up for it. If you want to make it 100% accurate you could make Ice resist Water (which is what I did) or give it an ability like Water Absorb. Includes sprites for battling, icons, OW and shiny variants.
