I checked here, and the metadata for that specific map was pointing to an ID that no longer exists, which is why it was causing the crash. It will be fixed in the next version. Thank you for reporting the bug!

Based on the image, the crash occurred because you picked up the bugged item behind a statue. The objective is at the entrance of the cathedral. You don't need to pick up that item to continue.
