    Yes, I am having the exact same issue. I have done everything, but when I go to my mail box, there is nothing there, so I can't get a Gym Guide. I am totally stuck :( I have just found the problem. I was checking the mailbox on my PC and it isn't there, outside the house, there is a post box!!
