For some odd reason, I'm not able to look at the image you've provided, even when I turned off my browser extensions. Regardless, I found the rock in question and removed it. The game has now been patched to Version 1.0.3.

I have patched the game. I've edited the event that gives you the HM to give you a Strength Summon instead. You may have to move your Game.rxdata file into the patched game folder in order to continue. I have also tried to edit the event in a way where you'll be able to interact with that NPC...

This was an oversight on my part. The character was supposed to give you a Strength Summon instead of HM04. I am working on the patch as we speak and I will reply to you again as soon as it's available.
